Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we’re proud to offer global shipping on most products. Depending on your location, shipping methods and carriers may vary. You’ll see any shipping fees during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We usually process orders in 1–5 business days and shipping can take around 7–30 business days, depending on your location and item availability. These timeframes are estimates and can be shorter or longer.

Where can I find my tracking information?

After your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email (if available). You can use that to check delivery updates on our Tracking Page or the shipping carrier’s site. It may take up to 48–72 hours before the carrier shows updates.

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. The product must be in the same condition you got it, with tags if applicable, and in original packaging. Email us at contact@peaksurvivalist.com if you’re unsure whether an item qualifies.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Unless stated otherwise, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service, since we’re not liable for lost or missing return packages.

How do I request a refund?

First, email us at contact@peaksurvivalist.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll notify you about the next steps. You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method once your return is processed and approved.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us right away at contact@peaksurvivalist.com. We’ll review the problem and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or a return label at our expense if the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?

We work to ship orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee a change or cancellation. Please email or call us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If you suspect your package is lost, let us know. We’ll do our best to assist or file a claim with the carrier, but we can’t guarantee a resolution if the item was delivered to the address provided. For stolen packages, a police report or carrier claim may be needed.
